Saskatoon 9-4-0-0; 18pts (Streak 8W)
Portland 1-10-0-0; 2pts (Streak 9L)

The Hawks are coming off the 7-0 defeat to Prince Albert and it likely won't get any better tonight. Saskatoon thumped Regina 8-1 last night. Not sure of a source, but Dylan from the Center Ice blog is reporting that tonight will be the christening between the pipes for 16 year old Keith Hamilton. Best of luck kid.

Haha...Let's see..A team going on a back to back, on a long road trip going against a team on a long win streak and coming off scoring 8 on the road at Regina...and were starting the 16 year old in goal. Holy smokes. Interesting would be an understatment.

I saw Hamilton play in Everett pre-season.

He took a while to get going, but once he was warmed up he played really, really well. They won and he had one of the best goalie games I had seen in a very long time.

It was only one game, but lots of potential in this kid, I'm tellin' ya.

Not listening, but checked the whl.ca scoreboard and we are down 0-2 in the middle of the 2nd.

Boychuk makes it 1-2 heading to the 3rd. Also hearing that Hamilton has been impressive in the net not allowing rebounds.

I'm going to tune in for the 3rd period.

Cheap penalty picked up by Earhardt. Hamilton with some big plays in goal.

Geez, unable to really pick up the game on my radio. Have to follow on WHL.com. Hope they hold on here.
