This will be my first look at the Oil Kings... a new team. Also the return of one of the few Californians, Cameron Cepek.

I was in the Reno airport a few years ago wearing a Hawks t-shirt and a guy approached me and told me he was Cepek's dad....

pretty cool.

What happened to BJ Gaustad? He used to play there, and last I heard that's where Max Gordichuk was headed a year or two ago.

I think Gordichuk did play for them briefly. Now it appears he is playing for the Univ of BC.

Tough loss tonight. I was really hoping to see a victory tonight. I just thought we could put some momentum together because of some recent wins and the new ownership. Maybe next game.
